Peach. Amaretto. Brown Sugar.
Our current coffee is the Ethiopia Mirado Natural, sourced from the Sidama region of Ethiopia and roasted by Bailies in Belfast.
It’s a coffee that brings plenty of sweetness and character to the cup.
Peach brings a soft, juicy fruitiness.
Amaretto adds a delicate almond-like sweetness.
Brown sugar gives the cup a warm, rounded finish.
About Daye Bensa.
Daye Bensa is also well known as one of the major coffee exporting companies in Ethiopia; exporting green coffee directly from its own farms & stations, along with the coffee of affiliated farmers. What began as a family business to support one farm has now become an incredibly successful business helping many other coffee producing families within the coffee-growing region of Sidama.

There’s a journey behind every cup.
The coffee begins with producers in Sidama, Ethiopia, where the beans are naturally processed to help develop their distinctive fruit-forward character.
From Ethiopia, the coffee makes its way to Belfast, where the team at Bailies carefully roast it to bring out its natural sweetness and complexity.
Then it arrives here at As One, Dublin City Quay, where we prepare it for you.
